UNWIND
a self-directed animated short film created as my MA final major project. The film reflects on the importance of slowing down and cherishing the quiet, often overlooked moments of everyday life.
The philosophy of Taoism served as a guiding influence for Unwind. Rooted in ideas of balance, harmony, and living in tune with the natural flow of life, Taoist thought encouraged a slower, more mindful way of observing the world.
