Silent Voices
Silent Voices is a socially driven comic book created during my MA practice, exploring the growing culture of overwork and the quiet emotional toll of hustle culture.
Set within the dystopian world of Star City, the story follows Cherry, a young worker navigating a society where self-worth is measured through productivity and constant labour.
Through illustration and visual storytelling, the project reflects on burnout, ambition, and the importance of pausing to listen to the quieter parts of ourselves that often get drowned out by pressure and performance.
